Mid-cap IT products and services company Persistent System has acquired Australia based PRM Cloud Solutions. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Systems integrator PRM is a certified Salesforce consulting partner and helps companies in building digital experiences on its Salesforce1 cloud platform. PRM primarily looks after healthcare, construction and property management and among its clients are mining company Rio Tinto, auto maker Honda and Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) among others.
Founded in 1990, Pune based Persistent Systems develops next gen technology in areas like Big Data, mobility, social and cloud computing. With the acquisition Persistent system plans to digitally scale up and become one of the leading platforms in Australia. Earlier this year, Persistent has acquired Citirix Systems-- CloudPlatform and CloudPortal Business Manager for an undisclosed amount. In 2015 the company had acquired Akumina, RGen Solutions, Convirture and Aepona Holdings as well as five subsidiaries from Intel. For complete story see here
